Finance Settings

This section sets up default details used throughout the system, such as Invoice logo, settings for Invoices, Estimates, and Credits, due dates, reminders, GST number, language, templates, and terms and conditions.

Invoice Settings allow you to set the default Invoice Prefix and the number of digits for the Invoice number. It also displays a sample based on the input data.

Estimates Settings allow you to set the default Estimate Prefix and the number of digits for the Estimate number. It also displays a sample based on the input data.

Credit Settings allow you to set the default Credit Prefix and the number of digits for the Credit number. It also displays a sample based on the input data.

Other settings include due dates, reminders, GST number, invoice details, language, terms and conditions, and templates. All these details are easily customizable in this section.
